How to Use:
• Recruit Pedestrian: Walk up to any pedestrian and press DPAD-RIGHT (controller) or E (keyboard)
• Disband Pedestrian: Engage in a melee fight with the ped, kill him, or let him flee

Installation:
Download and extract the mod files
Copy both files into your GTA V Enhanced main directory
Launch the game and start recruiting
Limitations:
• Hookers cannot be recruited, as they are running their own mission scripts
