No Chromatic Aberration and Lens Distortion (GTA 5 Enhanced)

This mod removes Chromatic Aberration, Lens Distortion, Noise Effect, Sniper Scope Blur, and Far DoF Blur from GTA V Enhanced.

In the original game, Rockstar applied a lens distortion shader to mimic a real camera, which introduces visual stretching and colour fringing near the edges. This mod removes those effects entirely for a cleaner and sharper image — all without affecting FPS.

Installation

Add -nobattleye to your game’s launch arguments.
Copy update2.rpf from GTA5update to GTA5modsupdate (create folders if missing).
Using OpenIV, create a folder path: update2.rpf > common > data > timecycle
Extract all XML files from the mod archive into this folder:
GTA5modsupdateupdate2.rpfcommondatatimecycle
For GTA 5 Enhanced users, install OpenRPF and extract files into your main directory.
