Installation (Add-On):

1. Drop charger21 (car) and npolchar (sound) folders into:
   Grand Theft Auto V Enhancedmodsupdatex64dlcpacks
2. Edit dlclist.xml and add:

   <Item>dlcpacks:/charger21/</Item>  
   <Item>dlcpacks:/npolchar/</Item>
   

3. Launch the game, use Simple Trainer → Vehicle Spawning → Added Vehicles → Select your Charger.

Installation (Replace):

1. Copy patchDay28NG from updatex64dlcpacks to:
   modsupdatex64dlcpacks
2. Use CodeWalker or OpenIV to open:
   modsupdatex64dlcpackspatchday28ngdlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehicles.rpf
   and replace with the files from the replace folder.
3. To edit sound, open:
   modsupdateupdate.rpfcommondatalevelsgta5vehicles.meta
   Find buffalo2 and replace the line:

   <audioNameHash>npolchar</audioNameHash>
